摘 要:近年来由于市场需求增大,蛙类养殖在中国迅速发展,但因养殖密度过高、管理不当,蛙病流行造成了巨大经济损失。本文主要综述了病毒、细菌、真菌和寄生虫引起的蛙类疾病的病原学研究进展,详细介绍病原体种类、抗菌药物筛选、致病机理、疫苗制备等相关研究,为防治养殖蛙类主要疾病提供参考。In recent years, frog farming has been rapidly developed in China with the increasing market demand, but many frog dis- eases bring huge economic losses for farmers due to high farming density, improper farming management and other factors. The etiolo- gy of frog diseases caused by bacterium, virus, fungus and parasite was reviewed in order to make scientific and technical workers and related technical personnel better understand the pathogenesis of frog disease. The type of pathogen, antibacterial drug screening, pathogenic mechanism and vaccine preparation were discussed in detail to provide a good reference for the prevention and control of frog diseases in China.
