摘  要:通过对中厚板钢坯加热过程氧化铁皮厚度研究,结合氧化动力学和铜坯烧损实验理论计算了钢坯加热过程氧化铁皮厚度。在实际生产中,通过钢板表面抛丸检验了氧化铁皮厚度对表面质量的影响,氧化铁皮厚度研究可为钢板表面质量提供控制手段。The thickness of oxidized iron scale during heating process of Plate billet was studied. Combined with the oxidation kinetics and the theory of billet burning experiment, the thickness of iron oxide scale during the heating process was calculated, and the effect of the thickness of iron oxide scale on the surface quality was examined by shot blasting on the surface of steel plate in practice. The study on the thickness of oxidized Iron scale can provide control means for surface quality of steel plate.
