摘  要:通过对热轧线材冷镦开裂的原因分析,得出造成冷镦开裂有两方面的原因:一是线材表面缺陷,如表面裂纹、耳子和折叠缺陷,这将造成冷镦线材表面塑性开裂。二是内部微观组织不均匀,在冷镦时由于应力集中造成脆性开裂。为防止热轧线材冷镦开裂,采取的主要措施:对铸坯表面检查和清理;合理利用轧制张力,优化工艺参数,提高调整水平,避免轧件表面轧制缺陷的产生;合理的冷却工艺,得到均匀细小的珠光体+铁素体组织,晶粒度在10级以上;加强盘条在集卷、打包、吊装、运输、倒运过程中的保护措施,避免盘条表面擦伤。By analyzing causes of cold heading cracking of hot rolled wire, we know that there are two reasons to cause cold heading cracking. The first reason is surface defects of wire such as crack and ear and pucker which lead to plastic cracking on the surface of cold heading wire. The second reason is heterogeneous microstructure in wire which leads to brittle cracking due to stress concentration. The main measures to prevent hot rolled wire from cold heading cracking are the following such as checking and cleaning billet surface, avoiding defects in rolling process with appropriate rolling tension and optimum technological parameters and good adjustment, obtaining uniform fine microstructure with pearlite and ferrite with grain size of above grade 10 in appropriate cooling process, protecting wire rod from scratching in collecting and packing and lifting and transporting processes.
