汽化过氧化氢对表面消毒效果及金属腐蚀性研究

摘　　要：目的研究汽化过氧化氢的中和剂、金属腐蚀性与表面消毒效果。方法在1 m3气雾柜内,对汽化过氧化氢中和剂及4种不同金属对汽化过氧化氢的腐蚀特性进行研究;采用载体定量杀菌试验方法,观察汽化过氧化氢消毒机的表面消毒效果。结果 0.2%硫代硫酸钠+3%卵磷脂+3%吐温-80的0.03 mol/L PBS溶液作为中和剂符合规范要求;体积较小(37 m3)和较大(225 m3)房间消毒1 h,载体上细菌芽孢的杀灭对数值均>3.00;过氧化氢以12 g/m3注入量汽化维持作用72 h,对不锈钢、碳钢、铜基本无腐蚀,对铝轻度腐蚀。结论中和剂可有效中和12g/m3的汽化过氧化氢,汽化过氧化氢对物体表面具有较好的消毒效果,且对金属腐蚀性较低。Objective To evaluate the efficiency neutralizer,metal corrosion and surface disinfection efficacy of vaporized hydrogen peroxide. Methods Carrier neutralization test and the corrosion of the hydrogen peroxide vapor for four kinds of metals were evaluated in 1 m^3 airtight cabin. Carrier quantitative germicidal test was used to observe the disinfection efficacy of surface in different size of rooms. Results 0. 2% Sodium Thiosulfate ＋ 3% lecithin ＋ 3% tween 80 in 0. 03 mol/LPBS solution as the neutralizer,could meet the Technical Standard for Disinfection. Disinfecting for 1 h respectively in smaller and bigger rooms,the killing log values of Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores were all over 3. 00. The corrosion of stainless steel,carbon steel and copper was all non-corrosion and aluminum was slightly corrosion. Conclusion The neutralizer selected can effectively neutralizing 12 g/m^3 peroxide vapor,and the hydrogen peroxide vapor had a good killing effect on the bacteria spores of object surface. Furthermore,metals corrosion is very low.
