摘 要:目的探讨工作坊模式对工勤人员手卫生培训的应用效果。方法成立培训工作坊,于2017年3-5月对53名工勤人员进行手卫生培训。通过视频宣传、理论培训、图片展示、操作示范、情景模拟、讨论点评和临床观察等形式观察培训前后工勤人员七步洗手正确率、依从性以及对工作坊的满意度。结果工作坊模式培训后工勤人员七步洗手正确率、手卫生依从性分别达到81.13%和62.16%,较培训前(35.85%和25.00%)显著提高。工勤人员对该模式的满意度与传统理论培训相比有明显提升。结论工作坊模式能够增强工勤人员学习兴趣,有效提高手卫生正确性和依从性。Objective To explore the application effect of workshop mode on hand hygiene training of workers. Methods A training workshop was set up to carry out hand hygiene training for 53 workers from March to May,2017. Through video propaganda,the theory training,image display,demonstration,operation scene simulation,discuss the review,clinical observation form to observe personnel seven steps to wash their hands before and after the training accuracy,compliance,and satisfaction of the workshop. Results After the workshop mode training,there were 81. 13% and 62. 16% of seven steps hands washing and manual hygiene compliance,respectively. Compared with the traditional theory training before( 35. 85%and 25% respectively). The satisfaction of the workers in this mode was significantly improved. Conclusion The workshop mode can enhance the learning interest of workers and improve the accuracy and compliance of hand hygiene.
