民用航空人员低语音耳语与纯音听阈的对比研究

摘　　要：目的分析我国民用航空人员耳语超标的情况,以提高对耳语检查结果的分析能力,提高航空医学鉴定水平。方法对耳语超标的民用航空人员进行纯音听阈测定,分析比较受检者的发病急缓情况、实际耳语距离、语频纯音听阈和各频率纯音听阈,总结耳语超标的特点、纯音听阈的特点及其之间的联系。结果 19例耳语超标的民用航空人员中,共计耳语超标耳31侧。其中,单耳患者7例(36.8%),双耳患者12例(63.2%),发病均以慢性发病为主。实际耳语距离与标准之间存在明显差异。单耳患者和双耳患者的语频听阈之间存在明显差异。患者的听力下降以2 k Hz-6 k Hz为主,达中度聋水平。结论低语音耳语检查结果具有很高可信度,耳语超标的民用航空人员的纯音听阈均明显提高。Objective The exceeding whisper in civil aviation flight personnel was analyzed in order to improve the analysis ability of whisper examination and improve the aeromedical assessment level. Methods The whisper distance and pure tone hearing threshold were checked. We analyzed the clinical characteristics,the actual whisper distance,the hearing threshold in different frequency. The characteristics and the relationship were summarized. Results There are 19 cases（ 7 cases with single abnormal ear and 12 cases with bilateral abnormal ears） and 31 ears exceeding whisper standard. It is mainly characterized by chronic hearing loss. There is obvious difference between the actual distance and the standard. There is significant difference in the language frequency hearing threshold between the patients with single abnormal ear and bilateral abnormal ears. Hearing loss is mainly in 2 KHz - 6 KHz frequencies with moderate deafness.Conclusions The whisper test results are reliable. The pure tone hearing thresholds of people with exceeding whisper are significantly increased.
