摘  要:采用镁质高性能混凝土抗裂剂配制的补偿收缩混凝土,通过科学设缝,用膨胀加强带优化原设计后浇带,同时对混凝土温度及应变数据监测,施工过程控制及养护指导等措施进行超长无缝施工及裂缝控制。结果表明:镁质高性能抗裂剂在混凝土中发挥了其微膨胀的效能,补偿了混凝土的温降收缩和干燥收缩;采用侧墙蓄水试验验证结构防水性能,结果表明:镁质高性能混凝土抗裂剂在该工程中起得了良好的应用效果,达到了混凝土结构自防水的目的。Compensatory shrinkage concrete prepared with high-performance magnesium oxide concrete anti-cracking agent,optimized the original design after pouring belt with expansion belt through scientific seams,and monitored the concrete temperature and strain data as well as construction process control and maintenance guidance measures to carry out super-long seamless construction and crack control. The results show that high-performance magnesium oxide concrete anti-cracking agent plays a role in the micro expansion of concrete,and compensates for the shrinkage of temperature drop and drying of concrete. The waterproofing performance of the structure was verified by the side wall water storage test. The results showed that the high-performance magnesium oxide concrete anti-cracking agent has a good application effect in the project and achieved the purpose of self-waterproofing of the concrete structure.
