摘 要:以鲜切花月季为材料,研究了不同浓度(10、30、50、100μmol·L^(-1))氯化镧对月季花瓣抗氧化酶活性、丙二醛(MDA)和过氧化氢(H_2O_2)含量、渗透调节物质、相对含水量及瓶插寿命的影响。结果表明:不同浓度氯化镧均显著提高了花瓣抗氧化酶过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)的活性,从而显著降低了MDA和H_2O_2含量,维持了活性氧代谢的平衡。同时,不同浓度氯化镧均显著提高了花瓣渗透调节物质可溶性糖、脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白质含量以及相对含水量,维持了花瓣自身的水分平衡。在不同氯化镧处理浓度中,50μmol·L^(-1)氯化镧处理的效果最好。说明适当浓度的氯化镧能有效提高月季花瓣的抗氧化防御系统和维持水分平衡,提高月季切花的瓶插寿命。Rosa chinensis cut flower was used as the materials,the effects of different concentrations of lanthanum chloride(LaCl3,10,30,50,100μmol·L^-1)on the activities of antioxidant enzymes,the contents of osmotic adjustment substances,MDA and hydrogen peroxide(H2O2),and the vase life and relative water content of petals were studied.The results showed that different concentrations of LaCl3 significantly increased the activities of peroxidase(POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),ascorbate peroxidase(APX),glutathione reductase(GR)and glutathione peroxidase(GPX).Meanwhile,different concentrations of LaCl3 significantly decreased the contents of MDA and H2O2,which indicated that LaCl3 maintained the balance of reactive oxygen metabolism.Besides,different concentrations of LaCl3 significantly improved the contents of osmotic adjustment substances and the relative water content.During the different concentrations of LaCl3,50μmol·L^-1 LaCl3 had the better effects of above indicators.Therefore,the appropriate concentration of LaCl3 could effectively improve the antioxidant defense system and relative water content in petals of Rosa chinensis cut flower,which improved the vase life.
