摘　　要：近年来,黑龙江省的农民专业合作社发展迅速,得益于政策性的支持与鼓励,其在各方面都有进步,例如农产品品种丰富、社员增多等,但在农产品的流通环节上仍有阻力存在。这些阻力包括政府补贴合作社的设施不配套、经营制度不完善、农产品附加值低、信息化程度低和缺乏资金支持等问题。该研究分析了7个方面的影响因素,结合其在实际发展过程中所遇到的问题,重点是在农产品流通方面,从农民专业合作社和政府2个角度、6个方面给出了建议。In recent years,the farmers＇ professional cooperatives in Heilongjiang have developed rapidly,benefiting from the policy support and encouragement,which have made progress in all aspects,such as the rich varieties of agricultural products and the increase of members,but there are still resistance in the circulation of agricultural products.These resistance include the non-supporting facilities of the government subsidized cooperatives,the imperfect operating systems,the low valueadded of agricultural products,the low level of information and the lack of fund support.This study analyzes the factors affecting seven aspects,and combines with the problems encountered in the process of actual development,focusing on the circulation of agricultural products,and gives suggestions from two angles and six aspects of the farmers＇ professional cooperatives and the government,with a view to the development of the circulation of agricultural products of the farmers＇ professional cooperatives in Heilongjiang.
