系统功能语法视角下的证券分析师话语分析——以安硕信息案为例

摘　　要：借鉴系统功能语法的思路对安硕信息文本进行主位结构分析、语气分析和及物性分析,可以发现,安硕信息文本采用较多的标记主位小句,增强了话语的劝服效果;安硕信息文本基本都是陈述性句,增强了文本的客观性;安硕信息文本基本都是肯定性语气,增强了投资者对研报重要性的感知,赋予了投资者关注研报的意义;安硕信息文本均使用中低情态词,展示了证券分析师对安硕信息未来业绩的保守观点,实现了与投资者之间的人际互动;安硕信息文本中,物质过程占据很大篇幅,凸显了证券分析师在研报话语行为中的主导性,也显示了证券分析师获得投资者认可和信任的意图。证券分析师话语框架分析的思路包括话语的权威、话语的来源、话语连续的形式和话语的衍射点。Resorting to the theory of systemic functional grammar, structure analysis, tone analysis and property analysis are applied to the Amarsoft text. Using plenty of tag theme clause, the Amarsoft text enhances the persuasion effect of the discourse; It consists of basically declarative sentences, enhancing the objectivity of the text; By using affirmative mood in sentences, the Amarsoft text strengthens the investor＇s awareness of the importance of research, incurring the significance of the attention of the investors given to the research report; By using only low modal words in the text, conservative opinions about future performance were displayed and the interpersonal interaction with investors was realized. In the text of Amarsoft, the material process contributes an extensive coverage, which highlights the dominance of securities analysts in the research of discourse behavior, and also demonstrates their attempts to obtain the recognition and the trust of investors. The idea of securities analysts discourse analysis embraces the authority of discourse, the source of discourse, the form of discourse continuity and the diffraction points of discourse.
