论徐伯昕与邹韬奋出版事业的合璧——以徐伯昕为中心

摘　　要：在近现代出版界,有一位以经营见长的进步出版家——徐伯昕,他是邹韬奋一生出版事业的重要伙伴,是《生活》周刊及生活书店名副其实的"总理"。徐伯昕有着过人的出版经营天赋,善于宣传推广书刊、营造人际关系、策划运筹出版资源,与邹韬奋优势互补,组成"黄金搭档",一起创造了《生活》发行量达15.5万份的民国纪录。徐伯昕还是周刊向书店转型的关键力量,是生活书店在抗日战争时期迅速扩张遍布全国的"总设计师"。虽然长久以来,他一直"隐身"于邹韬奋的光芒之中,但不管是抗战时期,还是和平发展的时代,徐伯昕这种极具创造能力和"共赢"能力的实干家都是出版业的脊梁。In the publishing industry of the Republic of China, there was a progressive publisher, Xu Boxin, who was marked by running publishing business. Xu was the most important partner in publishing for Zou Taofen, and the real＂Prime Minister＂ of The Life Weekly and Shenghuo Publishing House. Xu had a great talent in publishing business, and he was good at advertising books and periodicals, building relationships, planning publishing resources, which makes him and Zou Taofen a ＇Golden Pair＇, who are complementing each other with advantages. They created a record of 155,000 circulation of Life Weekly in the Republic of China. Moreover, Xu played a significant role in Life Weekly turning to Shenghuo Publishing House. He could be regarded as the ＇Chief Designer＇ of Shenghuo Publishing House that rapidly expanded throughout the country during the war of resistance against Japanese aggression. However, Xu Boxin has been covered by the ＇ light＇ of Zou Taofen for a long time. To browse publishing development of ＇Shenghuo＇ from a business perspective, it would be realized that Boxin and Taofen are living ＇ wisdom＇ and life ＇ spirit＇. In the era of peace and developing, the publishing industry is particularly in need of the doers who are extremely creative and has the ability of ＂win-win＂, such as Xu Boxin .
