摘　　要：翻浆造纸工厂物料平衡的测定和计算是技术管理的一个重要组成部分。本文根据最近对江苏省某造纸厂两条制浆造纸生产流水线全部设备的工作参数所作的测定,以及物料的平衡计算,详细地阐明了物料平衡测定和计算的目的意义、方法和步骤。The measurement and calculation of material balance in pulp and paper mill is one of the important parts of technical management. The author summarizes the method and steps of it in detail by measuring operating parameters of two pulp and paper production lines' equipments and calculating the material balance of a certain paper mill in Jiangsu; that is; (1) drawing a technological block diagram; (2) draing w up a plan of measuring; (3)measurement of some parameters related to production process; (4)calculation of mass balance; (5) making a list of the results of the mass balance calculation; (6) drawing the mass balance diagram; and (7) analysis and evaluation of production conditions.
