摘  要:以碎磨工艺发展历程为出发点,通过介绍高压辊磨机和立磨机的工作原理及优势,阐述了二者组成联合碎磨工艺流程的可行性;通过分析现有高压辊磨机、立磨机以及二者联合碎磨典型工艺流程,阐述了二者组成联合碎磨工艺流程的优势,并介绍了高压辊磨机与立磨机联合碎磨工艺研究现状。此外,还提出了高压辊磨机与立磨机联合碎磨工艺今后的研究重点。Starting with the development of comminution technology, the paper introduced the HPGR (High Pressure Grinding Roll) and the vertical screw stirring mill about their working principle and advantage, and narrated the feasibility of comminution process combining HPGR and the vertical screw stirring mill. After analyzing the typical process of HPGR, the vertical screw stirring mill and the comminution combining the above two, the paper expounded the advantage of the combined comminution process, and introduced its research status. In addition, the paper proposed the future research point of comminution process combining HPGR and the vertical screw stirring mill.
