摘 要:矿井提升机制动力矩检测结果是否符合标准直接影响提升机的安全性和可靠性。目前,检测提升机制动力矩的方法有很多,具体方法既要考虑其准确性,也要考虑现场的实用性。根据现场实用性,分别给出了缠绕式提升机和摩擦式提升机在不同现场条件下的检测方法。实践证明,该检测方法简便,实用,准确度高。Whether the detection results of the braking torque of the mine hoist meet the standard requirements directly affects the safety and reliability of the hoist. At present, there are many methods to detect the braking torque of the hoist, which should be considered in terms of its accuracy and practicality. Based on the field practicality, the paper offered the detection methods separately for the winding hoist and the friction hoist in various field conditions. The detection methods proved simple, practical and accurate via practice.
