摘 要:颚式破碎机飞轮的设计一般采用经验法。本文以动能定理为基础,找出破碎机主轴旋转一周转速变化的规律,通过求取等效驱动力矩、等效阻力矩和飞轮转动惯量,运用MATLAB软件,求出满足不同转差率的飞轮最小体积,绘制出转差率与飞轮最小体积的关系曲线,曲线斜率变化最大点即为综合评价转差率与飞轮体积的最优解。最终给出了飞轮的最优结构尺寸,为飞轮的结构设计提供了精确的理论指导。The flywheel of the jaw crusher is usually designed via empirical method. In the paper, the variation laws of the rotating speed of the crusher spindle during one revolution were identified based on the theory of kinetic energy, after the equivalent driving moment, equivalent resistance moment and rotation inertia moment of the flywheel being obtained, MATLAB was applied to calculate the minimum volume of the flywheel con'esponding to various revolutional slip, as well as draw the relationship curve of the revohitional slip and the minimum volume of flywheel. The point where the slope of the curve varied mostly was the optimal solution of the revolutional slip and the minimum volume of the flywheel. Finally, the optimal structural dimension of the flywheel was off, red. The research offered accurate theoretical guidance for the structural design of the flywheel.
