摘 要:该研究选用高频往复试验机(HFRR)、微牵引力试验机(MTM)和SRV磨损试验机对四种不同有机减摩剂在API SM级别汽油机油中的减摩性能进行了考察,在旋转氧弹仪、差示扫描量热仪上对有机减摩剂的协同抗氧化效果进行了评价。结果表明,有机酯类减摩剂OFM-2和有机钼减摩剂OFM-4复配后获得优异的减摩效果和抗氧化性能,在节能发动机油的开发过程中建议考虑通过减摩剂复配来改善油品的燃油经济性。The high-frequency reciprocating rig( HFRR),mini-traction machine( MTM) and high temperature friction and wear tester( SRV) were used to investigate the antifriction property of four kinds of organic friction modifiers in API SM grade engine oil. The synergistic antioxidation effects of the above organic friction modifiers were evaluated by rotating bomb test and differential scanning calorimetry. The results show that the oil has excellent antifriction effect and antioxidant properties when the organic ester antifriction agent OFM-2 and organic molybdenum antifriction agent OFM-4 are used together. In the development of energy saving engine oil,it is suggested to consider improving the fuel economy of oil by compounding the friction modifiers.
