摘 要:研究了聚甲基丙烯酸酯黏度指数改进剂(PAMA)的添加量和基础油黏度对自动传动液(ATF)剪切安定性的影响:随着PAMA添加量的增加,黏度下降率和剪切稳定性指数(SSI)呈上升趋势;随着基础油黏度的增加,黏度下降率和SSI呈下降趋势。研究了其他几种ATF中常见的高分子类添加剂对ATF剪切安定性的影响,包括复合剂F、多功能剂M和无灰分散剂D,结果表明,上述三种高分子类添加剂对ATF剪切安定性影响很小。The effects of the dosage of poly alkyl methacrylate( PAMA) viscosity index improver and the viscosity of base oil on the shear stability of automatic transmission fluid( ATF) were studied. The viscosity loss and shear stability index( SSI) showed an increasing tendency with the increasing dosage of PAMA,while showed opposite tendency with the increasing viscosity of base oil. The effects of other common polymer additives such as complex additive F,multifunction additive M and ashless dispersant D on the shear stability of ATF were studied,the results showed that the above three kinds of additive have little effect on the shear stability of ATF.
