摘　　要：首先梳理自上世纪八十年代以来我国建筑市场监管信息化发展的历程,然后对现有三级监管信息化系统,特别是北京、上海和江苏等典型省市的发展现状进行总结,分析数据对接、建设标准等方面存在的问题,最后展望"互联网+"电子政务背景下建筑市场监管信息化的发展趋势。This paper sorts out the history of construction market supervision informatization in China since 1980 s. Then,summarizes present three levels of supervision information system,especially the current situation of Beijing,Shanghai and Jiangsu,analyzes the problems such as data docking,construction standards etc. Finally,forecasts the developing trend of construction supervision informatization under the background of ＂Internet plus＂ e-government.
