摘　　要：乳腺癌患者治疗后并发症发生率较高,且严重影响其生活质量,瑜伽疗法是乳腺癌患者治疗期间最常用的补充替代疗法之一,可改善患者生理、心理、社会方面的问题,提高其生活质量.综述了瑜伽疗法概述、干预方式、效果,以期为乳腺癌优质护理提供依据.Objective The incidence of complications in breast cancer patients was high and the quality of life was seriously affected. Yoga therapy was one of the most commonly used complementary and alternative therapies for breast cancer patients, which can improve their physical, psychological and social problems and improve their quality of life. This paper summarized the overview, intervention and effect of yoga therapy in order to provide a basis for the quality nursing of breast cancer.
