生肌疮疡散预防俯卧位脊柱手术患者压力性损伤的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察生肌疮疡散外敷预防俯卧位脊柱手术患者压力性损伤的疗效。方法选取我院俯卧位脊柱手术患者358例,手术时间均为2～4 h,麻醉方式为全身麻醉。将患者随机分为试验组173例和对照组185例。对照组放置传统的棉垫于患者压力性损伤易发部位;试验组在压力性损伤易发部位外敷生肌疮疡散后,再放置棉垫。比较2组患者的压力性损伤发生情况。结果试验组压力性损伤发生11例,对照组25例,试验组患者压力性损伤发生率低于对照组χ~2=5.06,P<0.05。试验组Braden压力性损伤评分高于对照组(U=2.52,P<0.05)。结论外敷生肌疮疡散具有预防俯卧位脊柱手术患者压力性损伤的作用。Objective To observe the effect of Shengji Chuangyang Powder on the prevention of pressure injury in patients with prone spine surgery. Methods 358 patients with prone spine surgery（The duration of operation is 2 ～4 h, and the anesthesia was general anesthesia.） were randomly divided into two groups ： control group and treatment group. The control group were placed cotton pads under the frequently occurring parts of pressure injury. The treatment group was given Shengji Chuangyang Powder for external application on the frequently occurring parts of pressure injury before cotton pads placed with. The incidence of pressure injury was compared between two groups. Results The cases of pressure injury in the treatment group and the control group were 11 and 25. The treatment group was had lower incidence of pressure injury than the control group（χ2 =5. 06, P 0. 05）. The Braden pressure injury score of the treatment group was higher than the control group（U =2. 52, P 0. 05）. Conclusion Shengji Chuangyang Powder has preventive effect on the prevention of pressure injury of patients during prone spine surgery.
