摘  要:目的了解深圳地区急性上呼吸道感染患者人鼻病毒(HRV)的分子流行特征。方法对门诊采集的急性上呼吸道感染患者咽拭子用逆转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)进行鼻病毒检测,随机选择阳性样本通过巢式RT-PCR对其VP4/VP2基因片段进行扩增,测定核酸序列并进行同源性比对和分型。结果 1 494份样本HRV检出率为16.13%,HRV感染主要集中在<7岁儿童,占63.07%(152/241);HRV主要在春、夏、秋季检出,冬季检出较少。获得的47条VP4/VP2序列中,25条为HRV-A型,9条为HRV-B型,13条为HRV-C型。结论深圳地区急性上呼吸道感染患者HRV的感染率高,呈现多个基因型共同流行且以A型为主的特点。[Objective]To understand the molecular epidemiological characteristic of human rhinovirus(HRV) in acute upper respiratory tract infections in Shenzhen area. [Methods] The pharynx swabs were collected from patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) was sued to detect the HRV. The positive sample were randomly selected to amplify VP4/VP2 gene by Nested-PCR for nucleic acid sequence determination,homology comparison and typing. [Results] The positive rate of HRV in 1 494 samples was 16.13%,most cases [63.07%(152/241] were younger than7 years old. The HRV was mainly found in spring,summer and autumn,and rarely detected in winter. Among the 47 VP4/VP2 sequences,25 were HRV-A,9 were HRV-B,and 13 were HRV-C. [Conclusion] The infection rate of HRV in patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection is high in Shenzhen area,showing the characteristics of multiple genotypes are common and A type is dominant.
