摘 要:目的针对大学生弱势群体,调查其心理存在的系列问题,并以体育游戏干预其心理健康。方法选取四川省6所高校的300名弱势群体大学生作为干预组,随机选取300名在校大学生作为对照组,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对10项心理健康指标进行调查;设计体育游戏活动方案对干预组进行干预。结果大学生弱势群体心理健康问题的检出率为76.33%,对照组为25.33%。干预组干预前在躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、精神病性等因子上得分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预后仅在敌对因子上得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预组干预前后在强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对精神病性等因子上得分差异有统计学意义。干预组女生干预前其在人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对等因子上得分与干预组男生比较差异有统计学意义,干预后差异无统计学意义。结论高校大学生弱势群体的心理健康问题日益凸显,应引起相关部门的重视。体育游戏干预对大学生弱势群体的心理健康水平能起到一定的提高作用,特别是敌对因子方面,且作用于女生的效果优于男生。[Objective]To investigate the psychological problems of disadvantaged college students, carry out the sports games intervention on their mental health. [Method] 300 disadvantaged college students collected from 6 universities of Sichuan Province were recruited in the intervention group, while college students were randomly selected as the control group. 10 factors of mental health were investigated by using the symptom checklist(SCL-90). The intervention group was treated with the sports games plan. [Results] The detection rate of psychological health problems in disadvantaged college students was 76.33%,the detection rate of psychological health problems in the cantrol group was 25.33%. Before the intervention, there were statistically significant differences in scores of somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety,hostility and psychoticism factor between the intervention group and the control group(P〈0.05). After the intervention, only the differences in scores of obsessive-compulsive and hostility were not statistically significant between two groups(P〉0.05). In the intervention group, there were statistically significant differences in scores of interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety and hostility between before and after the intervention. In the intervention group, there were statistically significant differences in scores of interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety and hostility between males and females before the intervention, and the differences were not statistically significant between them after the intervention. [Conclusion] The psychological health problems of the disadvantaged college students are becoming more and more prominent, which should arouse the attention of the relevant departments. Sports game intervention can play a certain role in improving the mental health level of disadvantaged college students, especially in obsessive compulsive disorder, hostility and other factors, and the effect on girls is better
