摘  要:在油酸、乙醇混合溶剂中,利用溶剂热法,160℃加热反应6h,合成了ZnS量子点,并用聚乙二醇-4000(PEG-4000)对合成的ZnS量子点进行了功能化修饰,并以功能化后的量子点为荧光探针测双酚A(BPA)。考察了反应时间对体系荧光强度的影响。研究发现,反应时间为5min,质量分数为1%冰醋酸时,检测结果最佳。此条件下,在5.3×10^(-8)~8.8×10^(-9) mol/L范围内,线性方程为F0/F=0.88+0.09cBPA,检出限为2.7×10^(-9) mol/L,相关系数(R)=0.995 5,相对标准偏差(RSD)=1.3%。并用于检测矿泉水瓶中双酚A的含量,结果为1.88ng/g。ZnS quantum dots were prepared by using solvothermal approach in oleic acid and ethanol at160 ℃for 6 h.The quantum dots were then functionalized by poly(ethylene glycol)-4000(PEG-4000)so that they could be used as fluorescence probes for the determination of the content of bisphenol A(BPA).The influence factors on the fluorescence intensity such as reaction time was also investigated and it was found that the best conditions are 1% glacial acetic acid buffer solution and 5 min for reaction.The linear range for determination of the content of bisphenol A(BPA)is 5.3×10^-8-8.8×10^-9 mol/L,with a detection limit of 2.7×10^-9 mol/L,a correlation coeffieient of 0.995 5,and a relative standard deviation(RSD)of 1.3%.The content of bisphenol A(BPA)in packed mineral water is determined to be 1.88 ng/g.
