摘　　要：目的:探讨MSCT在Taussig-Bing畸形诊断中的价值。方法:回顾性分析10例手术证实的TaussigBing畸形患者的MSCT扫描资料,并将CT结果与手术结果进行对照。结果:10例中,MSCT诊断率为80%,并发畸形符合率为92%。结论:MSCT对Taussig-Bing畸形的诊断符合率高,是Taussig-Bing畸形的一种准确、无创的检查方法。Objective： To investigate the diagnostic value of 320-detector row CT in Taussig-Bing anomaly.Methods： The MSCT of 10 cases with surgical proved Taussig-Bing anomaly were analyed retrospectively. The results of CT and surgery were compared. Results： Eight of them were diagnosed correctly by MSCT preoperatively. The diagnostic rate was fairly high as 80%. It was fairly high as 92%,the diagnostic rate of the anomalies accompanied by Taussig-Bing anomaly. Conclusion： MSCT has important diagnostic value for Taussig-Bing anomaly of the anatomical diagnosis. MSCT is of great value in diagnosing of Taussig-Bing anomaly. It is an accurate and noninvasive method in diagnosing Taussig-Bing anomaly.
