摘  要:采用浸渍法制备了不同Ce与Mn质量比的Ce-Mn/ZSM-5催化剂,并研究其理化特性和NH_3-SCR反应的低温脱硝性能。借助X射线衍射、扫描电镜、N_2吸附/脱附、X射线光电子能谱和电感耦合等离子体光谱等手段对催化剂表征分析表明,活性组分分散良好,且主要分布在催化剂表面,其中Mn以其多种氧化物形态存在,Ce多以Ce^(3+)的形式存在。脱硝性能测试表明,Ce的质量分数影响催化剂脱硝性能,当Ce与Mn质量比为0.4时,Ce-Mn/ZSM-5催化活性最佳,在100~300℃之内,脱硝效率一直保持在90%以上。适量Ce的引入增加了催化剂表面吸附氧含量,促使低温下反应加速进行。Ce-Mn/ZSM-5 catalysts with different mass ratios of Ce to Mn are prepared by impregnation method,and the influence of mass ratio of Ce to Mn on physiochemical properties of these catalysts and their denitration performance at low temperature for NH3-SCR reaction are investigated.The prepared catalysts are characterized by XRD,SEM,BET,XPS and ICP techniques.It shows that the active components disperse well and mainly on the surface of catalysts.Among them,Mn exists in a variety of oxides forms and Ce mostly exists in the form of Ce^(3+).The experimental results show that the mass content of Ce affects the denitration performance of catalyst.Ce-Mn/ZSM-5 with mass ratio between Ce and Mn being 0. 4 has the best catalytic activity,and its denitration efficiency will keep above 90% when the reaction temperature is between 100℃ and 300℃.The appropriate addition of Ce can increase content of adsorbed oxygen on the surface of catalyst,which stimulates the catalytic reduction reaction to accelerate at low temperature.
