摘 要:为充分利用酸洗废盐酸,通过加盐蒸馏法达到再生盐酸的目的。以蒸馏母液为原料制备聚合氯化铁,回收盐酸的同时充分利用了铁离子,所得聚合氯化铁用于印染废水的处理,出水水质较好,实现了废酸零排放。结果表明,对酸洗废盐酸具有最佳盐效应的盐为氯化亚铁,在氯化亚铁质量分数为8%、蒸馏时间为60 min的条件下,所得再生酸浓度为5.46 mol/L,制备的混凝剂对印染废水的除浊率为74%。In order to make full use of waste hydrochloric acid from steel pickling,the regeneration of hydrochloric acid is achieved by distillation with addition of salt. The distilled liquor is used as raw material to make polyferric chloride,which makes full use of iron ion at the same time of recovering hydrochloric acid. The prepared polyferric chloride can be used to treat with dyeing waste water,which can obtain better quality of water and achieve zero emission for waste acid.The result shows that ferrous chloride has the best salt effect on waste hydrochloric acid from pickling.The concentration of regenerated acid can reach 5. 46 mol·L(-1) when the mass content of ferrous chloride is 8% and the distillation lasts for 60 min. The prepared hybrid flocculant can achieve a 74% of decoloration rate in treating with the dyeing waste water.
