摘 要:为了降低木薯酒精厂工程运行成本,提高副产品木薯酒糟的应用价值,以木薯酒糟为原料,采用全混式半连续发酵和沼液回流方式,研究不同有机负荷[2.3、2.8、3.4、4.0 kg/(m^3·d)]条件下中温酸化(37℃)、高温甲烷化(50℃)木薯酒糟两相和高温单相厌氧发酵产沼气特性。结果表明,木薯酒糟中温酸化-高温甲烷化两相厌氧消化性能高于高温单相厌氧消化性能,中温酸化-高温甲烷化木薯酒糟两相厌氧发酵的最佳投料负荷为3.4 kg/(m^3·d),甲烷体积分数在64%~68%,TS产气量为435.42 m^3/t,容积产气率为1.49 m^3/(m^3·d)。高温单相厌氧发酵的最佳投料负荷为2.8 kg/(m^3·d),甲烷体积分数基本在54%~62%,TS产气量为367.5 m^3/t,容积产气率为1.05 m^3/(m^3·d)。实际沼气工程运行中,当有机负荷低于2.8 kg/(m^3·d)时,可采用高温单相厌氧发酵工艺;当有机负荷高于2.8 kg/(m^3·d)时,可采用中温酸化-高温甲烷化两相厌氧发酵工艺,以达到节省成本的目的。Many of biogas plants in China have run at the lower organic loading rates( OLRs) with inefficient anaerobic fermentation process.In order to solve the problems,the methane formation performances of both the mesophilic( 37℃) acidification-thermophilic( 50℃) two-phase anaerobic fermentation method and the thermophilic( 50℃)single-phase anaerobic fermentation method are studied at different OLRs( 2. 3,2. 8,3. 4,4. 0 kg/( m3·d)) in a completely stirred tank reactor that is fed semi-continuously with tapioca distillers' grains. The anaerobic fermentation is conducted by the way of recycling biogas slurry. Results show that the two-phase systems exhibits better anaerobic digestion performance than the single-phase system for tapioca distillers' grains.It is found that the optimal OLRs for the two-phase system is 3. 4 kg/( m3·d),leading to that the volumetric content of methane is in the range of 64%-68%,TS biogas yield and volumetric biogas yield are 435. 42 m3·t-1 and 1. 49 m3/( m3·d),respectively.The optimal OLRs for the one-phase system is 2. 8 kg/( m3·d)),leading to that the volumetric content of methane is in the range of 54%-62%,TS biogas yield and volumetric biogas yield are 367. 5 m3·t-1 and 1. 05 m3/( m3·d),respectively. In the practical operation at a biogas plant,the thermophilic( 50℃) single-phase anaerobic fermentation method can be used when the OLRs is lower than 2. 8 kg/( m3·d),otherwise the mesophilic( 37℃) acidification-thermophilic( 50℃) two-phase anaerobic fermentation method can be used,therefore the cost can be saved.
