摘 要:玉米属典型的喜钾植物,充足的钾保证玉米健康生长。中国大部分玉米种植区种植的玉米叶含钾量偏低,造成玉米钾含量偏低的因素有很多,土壤自身能供植物吸收钾含量较低;再者,植物吸收和转运的过程中也会受到环境中重金属离子影响从而降低对钾的吸收能力;最后,错误施用肥料导致玉米钾吸收能力降低。通过研究自身钾吸收特性来提高土壤中钾的利用率,是提高玉米含钾量的重要途径。本研究以玉米(金玉818,黔单16)为研究对象,利用专性抑制剂抑制钾通道和钾载体,研究不同浓度Cu^(2+)对玉米根系NSCCs(Nonselective cation channels)钾转移的影响。结果表明,2个品种玉米根系总钾吸收速率和NSCCs钾吸收速率均随Cu^(2+)浓度升高而下降,Cu^(2+)对不同玉米品种NSCCs钾转移贡献率不同。Corn is a typical potassium demanding plant, which needs sufficient potassium to ensure the healthy growth of corn. Most of the corn planting areas in China have low potassium content in maize leaves and there are many factors that cause low potassium content in corn. For example, the soil itself has low potassium content for plants to absorb. Moreover, the process of plant absorption and transport will be affected by the heavy metal ions in the environment to reduce the absorption capacity of potassium. Finally, the wrong application of fertilizer will lead to the reduction of potassium absorption capacity of corn. It is an important way to improve the potassium content in corn by studying the potassium absorption characteristics to improve the utilization rate of potassium in soil. In this study, corn(Jinyu 818, Qiandan 16) was used as the object to study the effects of different concentrations of Cu^2+on potassium transfer of corn roots NSCCs(nonselective cation channels) by using potent inhibitors to inhibit potassium channels and potassium carriers. The results showed that the total potassium absorption rate and the potassium absorption rate of NSCCs of corn roots in the two cultivars decreased with the increase of Cu^2+concentration, and the contribution rate of Cu^2+to NSCCs potassium transfer of different corn varieties was different.
