对2型糖尿病患者运动相关临床实践指南的评价研究

摘　　要：目的 :评价2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者运动相关临床实践指南的质量,为临床制定T2DM患者标准化的运动指导方案提供依据。方法 :计算机检索国内外数据库、指南网站及相关糖尿病专业协会网站,检索时限为2010-2016年。纳入公开发表的T2DM患者运动相关临床实践指南,分析纳入指南的名称、发布机构、发布年份、更新年份及指南类型等一般资料。使用AGREE Ⅱ评价指南质量。结果:共纳入5部指南,中国1部、加拿大1部、英国1部、美国2部。指南总体质量较好,AGREE Ⅱ 6个领域中平均得分由高到低依次是范围和目的(96.1%)、清晰性(83.6%)、独立性(76.3%)、参与人员(69.7%)、严谨性(67.1%)、应用性(61.9%)。结论 :我国T2DM运动领域临床护理实践起步较晚,高质量的临床实践指南较少;应对国外的高质量指南进行本土化实践,挖掘适合我国T2DM患者运动的证据。Objective： To evaluate the quality of exercise-related clinical practice guidelines for T2DM patients in order to provide the evidence for making clinical standardization guidance. Methods： We used computer to search databases, guideline network and related websites of diabetes professionals. The retrieval time was from 2010 to 2016. The published clinical guidelines of exercise for T2DM patients were recruited. Descriptive analysis included general information such as the name of the guideline, the issuing institution, the year of issue, the year of updating and the source of the guide. Results： A total of 5 guidelines were included, among which one was from China, 1 from Canada, 1 from England and 2 from the United states. The scores of guidelines according to the domains of AGREE II, from high to low, were respectively ＂scope and purpose＂ （96.1%）, ＂clarity of presentations＂ （83.6%）, ＂editorial independence＂ （76.3%）, ＂participants＂ （69.7%）, ＂rigour of development＂ （67.1%）, and ＂applicability＂ （61.9%）. Conclusion： The clinical nursing practice of T2DM exercises start late, and high quality clinical practice guidelines are quite few to support practice currently in China. Local practice of high quality guidelines should be developed to find evidence suitable for exercises of T2DM patients in china.
