摘　　要：目的:了解用人单位对健康管理专业人才的需求,为制定国家高等职业学校健康管理专业教学标准提供依据,为院校人才培养提供参考。方法:在全国范围内遴选健康管理行业相关机构代表31家,使用自行设计的调查问卷,约请企业人力资源主管、业务部门负责人和健康管理业务骨干面对面调查并填写问卷。结果:被调研企业普遍认为未来需要高职和本科层次健康管理专业人才,并希望学生能在专业知识、专业技能和综合素质等方面得到全面培养。结论:高校大力培养健康管理专业人才符合社会发展的需要,受到全面培养的健康管理专业人才方能满足用人单位需求。Objective To know about the needs of employers for health management professionals and to provide evidence for formulating the teaching standard of health management specialty in national higher vocational colleges as well as a reference for talent training. Methods Thirty-one health management industry-related enterprises were selected, and a self-designed questionnaire was conducted among human resources supervisors, business division leaders and business backbones of health management. Results The survey subjects generally believed that the future needed higher vocational and undergraduate level of health management professionals, and hoped that students would be fully cultivated in professional knowledge, professional skills and comprehensive qualities. Conclusions Colleges and universities should vigorously cultivate health management professionals in line with the needs of social development. Only health management professionals comprehensively trained can meet the needs of employers.
