乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗小儿支气管炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗小儿支气管炎的临床疗效。方法选取达州职业技术学院附属医院2013年4月—2017年2月收治的支气管炎患儿122例,按照数字奇偶法分为对照组与观察组,各61例。对照组予以常规疗法+乳糖酸红霉素治疗,观察组予以常规疗法+乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗,两组患儿均连续治疗1周。比较两组患儿临床疗效、不良发生发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗小儿支气管炎的临床疗效确切,可改善患儿肺功能,且安全性高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of azithromycin lactobionate in the treatment of pediatric bronchitis.Methods A total of 122 cases of pediatric bronchitis patients were selected from April 2015 to February 2017 in Affiliated Hospital of Dazhou Vocational and Technical College,which were divided into control group and observation group by digital parity method,61 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment with erythromycin lactobionate,observation group was given routine treatment with azithromycin lactobionate,both groups were treated for 1 week.The clinical effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group of total effective rate was higher than control group,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Azithromycin lactobionate has an exactly clinical effect in the treatment of pediatric bronchitis,it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and with high safety.
