伐昔洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹患者的临床疗效及其安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨伐昔洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹患者的临床疗效及其安全性。方法选取四川省遂宁市第一人民医院2015年12月—2017年4月收治的老年带状疱疹患者144例,根据不同的治疗方案分为对照组和研究组,每组72例。对照组患者采用阿昔洛韦治疗,研究组患者采用伐昔洛韦治疗,两组患者均持续治疗9 d。比较两组患者的临床疗效、疼痛消失时间、疱疹消失时间、结痂时间及病程,并观察患者不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.83%,高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05)。研究组患者疼痛消失时间、疱疹消失时间、结痂时间和病程均短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论伐昔洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹的临床疗效确切,可有效缓解患者的临床症状,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of valacyclovir on treating elderly herpes zoster patients.Methods A total of 144 cases of elderly patients with herpes zoster were selected from December 2015 to April 2017 in the First People＇s Hospital of Suining City,which were divided into control group and study group according to the different treatment plans,72 cases in each group.The control group was given acyclovir,the study group was given valacyclovir,both groups were treated for 9 days.The clinical efficacy,pain disappearance time,herpes disappearance time,scabbing time and total course of disease were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.ResultsThe total effective rate of study group was 95.83%,which was significantly higher than that of control group（77.78%）（P〈0.05）.The study group of pain disappearance time,herpes disappearance time,scabbing time and total course of disease were shorter than control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of adverse reactions in study group was lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Valacyclovir has an exactly clinical effect in treating elderly herpes zoster patients,it can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients,and with high safety.
