摘　　要：目的了解医院销售金额排序位于前列的辅助用药使用情况,为加强辅助用药的监管和促进临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用药品金额排序和药物分类法,对医院2015年1-6月辅助用药使用情况进行调查分析。结果医院辅助用药使用比例较高,销售金额排序前10位的辅助用药销售金额占药品销售总金额的16.27%。辅助用药使用量较大的主要为活血化瘀类中药,其次是维生素类。不合理用药主要体现在适应证不适宜、用法用量不适宜、溶媒选择不当及不合理联用。结论医院辅助用药不合理使用情况比较明显,应进行适当管控,促进临床安全、有效、经济用药。Objective To understand the use of adjuvant drugs in the top rank of the sales amount in hospital,and provide reference for strengthening the supervision of adjuvant drugs and promoting clinical rational drug use. Methods The use of adjuvant drugs in hospital in 1-6 months of 2015 was investigated and analyzed using the methods of the sequencing of the drug sales amount and drug classification. Results The proportion of adjuvant drug use in hospital was high. The sales amount of the top 10 adjuvant drugs sales accounts for 16. 27% of the total amount of drug sales. The adjuvant drugs with largest use amount mainly include the traditional Chinese medicines which promote blood circulation by removing blood stasis,and vitamins occupy the second place. Irrational uses of drugs mainly lie in the usage with unreasonable indications,over dosage or over treatment,menstruum mismatch and unreasonable drug combination. Conclusion The irrational use of adjuvant drugs in hospital is obvious,it＇s management should be further enhanced to promote clinical safe,effective and economic use of drugs.
