摘 要:熟料烧结是烧结法氧化铝的核心,也是主要的耗能工序,烧结系统的节能降耗一直是行业关注的重点。国内某氧化铝厂首次将水泥行业使用的第四代篦冷机技术引入氧化铝行业,考察了篦冷机对熟料性能的影响,对运行中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了氧化铝熟料篦冷机的余热利用方案,为熟料烧结系统的节能降耗进行了有益的探索。The sintering of clinker is the core of sintering process, and is also the main energy - consuming one. The energy saving and consumption reduc- tion of sintering system has always been the focus of the industry. The fourth - generation grate cooler technology used in the cement industry was intro- duced by one domestic alumina refinery for the first time into the alumina industry. The grate cooler effect on the clinker performance was investigated, and the problems in operation were analyzed and discussed. The waste heat utilization plan of the cooler was proposed, and serving as a beneficial exploration for the energy saving and consumption reduction of the clinker sintering system.
