摘 要:以拜耳法氧化铝生产过程中低温溶出工艺为研究对象,从加热蒸汽参数以及停留设备的选择等方面进行了研究。结果表明:蒸汽温度越高,传热温差越大,套管所需要的换热面积越小,设备投资越少,压降越小。在保证相同溶出效果的前提下,溶出器停留要比管道停留投资低,压降大。结疤厚度对采用管道停留溶出的影响要大于对溶出器停留溶出的影响。管道停留溶出的清理费用要比溶出器停留溶出高。The low - temperature digestion in Bayer process was investigated, as well as the heating steam parameters and the holding equipment selection. The results show that the higher the steam temperature, the greater the heat transfer temperature difference, the smaller the heat exchange area required by the casing, the less equipment investment and the smaller the pressure drop. Under the premise of the same digestion effect, the cost of autoclave is lower than that of pipeline, and its pressure drop is higher. The effect of scaling thickness on the retention pipeline is greater than that on the retention auto- clave. The cleaning cost of the pipeline is higher.
