摘  要:分析研究铝合金板材表面获得高光泽度的加工方法和铝合金加工表面微观形貌对光泽度的影响。不同轧制方法得到具有一定光泽度的产品表面,通过扫描电镜(SEM)、触针式粗糙度仪和光泽度仪对其表面形貌、二维轮廓、粗糙度和光泽度进行表征分析。结果表明,微观形貌对光泽度有明显影响;微观不平度参数Ra、Rz、RPc分别为0.04μm、0.30μm、10个·cm^(-1)的样品表面光泽度为68GU;Ra、Rz、RPc分别为0.23μm、1.77μm、225个·cm^(-1)的样品表面光泽度仅为11GU;具有相近Ra值的样品,Rz、RPc值的变化对光泽度有较大影响。降低轧制加工表面的微观不平度起伏程度(Ra、Rz),并减少最高波峰、谷数量(RPc),是提升铝合金板材表面光泽度的有效方法。The processing method of getting high glossiness and the influence of microtopography on glossiness of aluminum alloy sheet is studied. Samples by different rolling method have different degree of glossiness, and their microtopographies, 2D profile, roughness and glossiness are characterized ad analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM), stylus roughness instrument and glossiness measuring instrument. Results show that the microtopography has great influence on glossiness, sample's glossiness is 68GU, whose parameter values including Ra, Rz and Rpc are 0.04μm, 0.30μm and 10 PCS/cm respectively, sample's glossiness is llGU, their Ra, Rz and RPc are 0. 23p, m, 1.77μm and 225PCS/cm respectively, and Rpc has more influence on glossiness when samples have similar Ra. The effective method of increasing glossiness of aluminum alloy sheet reduces the roughness degrees such as Ra, Rz and Rpc.
