摘 要:光电互联电路可实现电子系统内高速、高带宽、高密度和低功耗的信息传输,可有效解决高速电互联传输瓶颈问题。采用光纤作为传输介质可降低光电互联电路制作成本,激光器与光纤耦合对准技术则是光电互联电路实现的难点之一。利用ZEMAX光学软件建立了激光器与光纤直接耦合模型,仿真分析了纵向偏移误差、横向偏移误差和角度偏移误差对耦合效率的影响。仿真结果可为光电互联电路的设计与制造提供指导。Effectively solving the bottleneck of high-speed electrical interconnection transmission, the electro-optical interconnection circuit can provide high-speed, high-bandwidth, high-density and lowpower information transmission for an electronic system. The use of optical fiber as the transmission medium can reduce the cost of electro-optical interconnection circuit. The coupling alignment of laser and optical fiber is one of difficulties for the actualization of electro-optical interconnection board. The direct coupling model of laser and optical fiber is established by using ZEMAX, and the effects of misalignment including longitudinal offset error, transverse and angular offset errors on coupling efficiency are simulated and analyzed. Finally, the simulation results can provide guidance for the design and manufacture of electrooptical interconnection board in the future.
