黑龙江省共享农场的建设内容与模式分析

摘　　要：共享农场是休闲农业与乡村旅游升级的结果,是农场生产与休闲、社交、体验活动的充分结合。共享农场实现了农场所有者、农民、市民等相关主体的共享,对农场的资源进行了重新的组织和分配,在城乡之间进行了精准的供需匹配。共享农场的管理更复杂,对农业科技的要求更高。黑龙江省共享农场建设的核心内容包括精细化的有机农场,基础设施完善的美丽乡村,回归自然的心灵家园,亲切的社交环境。黑龙江省共享农场的建设模式,可以是国有农场的转型与参与、家庭农场的转型与参与、农村的综合开发模式。Shared farms are the result of the upgrading of leisure agriculture and rural tourism. Shared farms are the full combination of farm production and leisure,social and experiential activities. The sharing of related entities,such as citizens,has reorganized and distributed farm resources and carried out accurate supply and demand matching between urban and rural areas. The management of shared farms is more complex. Shared farms have higher demand for agricultural science and technology. The core contents of the construction of shared farms in Heilongjiang Province include fine organic farms,beautiful villages with perfect infrastructure,a return to natural spiritual homes,and a friendly social environment. The construction modes of shared farms can be the transformation and participation of state-owned farms,the transformation and participation of family farms,and the comprehensive development model of rural areas.
