摘　　要：我国作为世界上最大的发展中国家,在应对全球气候变暖的问题上发挥着举足轻重的作用。如何减少碳排放量,是我国社会经济发展面临的一个重要问题。概述了欧洲发达国家实行的低碳经济制度、积累的经验以及取得的成果。我国可以借鉴这些实践的经验,来发展我国的低碳经济。As the largest developing country in the world,China has played a decisive role in coping with the global warming. Therefore,how to reduce carbon emissions is an important problem facing the social and economic development of our country. The paper summarized the low-carbon economic system,accumulated experiences and achievements made in European developed countries. China can learn from the practical experiences to develop our low-carbon economy.
