摘  要:针对燃气轮机关键部件燃烧室燃油喷嘴雾化质量和雾化范围的问题,对影响其雾化质量和雾化范围的因素进行研究分析,并设计了其主副旋流器、主副旋流槽、主副流路堵头、主流路启闭弹簧及其总体结构,并仿真分析了其喷雾的雾化效果,验证了该设计的可行性与合理性。Aiming at the atomization quality and atomization range of the fuel nozzle in the combustion chamber of the key components of the gas turbine. The factors that affect the atomization quality and atomization range are analyzed. The main and auxiliary swirler,the main and the secondary flow channel,the main and secondary flow path plug,the main road opening and closing spring and its overall structure are designed. The atomization effect of the spray is simulated and analyzed,the simulation results show that the design is feasible and reasonable.
