圆台形空冷单元导流装置优化数值模拟研究

摘  要:在圆台形空冷单元添加引风环的基础上,为减少空气回流现象以保证最大化地提高空气利用效率,在空冷单元内部添加凹槽和凸槽导流板,利用Fluent软件对导流板的结构进行优化研究,通过分析其温度场和流线分布的情况,得到换热效果最佳的导流板结构,并对不同空冷单元的凝汽器背压和汽轮机煤耗进行计算、分析与比较。研究表明:添加导流板后,空气回流现象得到明显改善;两种导流板均能提高换热效果;换热效果最佳的是凹槽导流板。On the basis of the frustum cone-like with induced air ring,in order to reduce air backflow,ensure the maximum efficiency of air utilization,a groove and a convex groove deflector are added inside the air cooled unit. Fluent software is used to optimize the structure of the deflector,by analyzing temperature distribution and streamlined diagram,the deflector structure with the best heat transfer effect is obtained. And the analysis and comparison of condenser back pressure and coal consumption are also given in various air coolied units. The results show that the air backflow phenomenon is obviously improved after adding the deflector,the two kinds of deflectors can enhance the heat transfer effect,the best heat transfer effect is the groove deflector.
