摘 要:就200MW等级机组2号瓦(推力联合轴承)轴振动波动问题,通过对测试数据、轴心轨迹、频谱图的分析,结合对轴瓦的安装及各种运行参数的分析,得出发生振动波动异常故障的原因为2号瓦轴承裕度不足,在气流扰动下发生了油膜涡动导致机组轴系失稳的结论。并基于此给出了治理方案,对2号轴承进行全面检修,提高了轴承标高以增大其承载能力。检修后试运机组轴系稳定,振动水平达优良值,取得了良好的检修效果,该故障的诊断及检修方法为发生振动波动异常现象的其它同级别机组的故障诊断和处理提供了很好的参考和借鉴。In this paper,for 200 MW grade unit No. 2 tile( thrust bearing) shaft vibration problems,through the analysis of teat data,axes contrails and spectrogramcombined with the analysis of installation and operation parameters,we've found the reason which caused the fault is the No. 2 bearing's margin is insufficient. Under the influence of airflow disturbance,oil whirl occurred,which will lead to the instability of shafting. Based on this,the control scheme is given. The No. 2 bearing is overhauled,and the elevation of bearing is increased to improve the bearing capacity. The shaft system is stable after maintenance,and the vibration level reaches a good value. And we believe it will providereferences for other units to deal with the same type mechanism vibration.
