摘 要:依据烟秆回收农艺要求,设计了一种一体式烟秆拔秆粉碎机,主要由拔秆刀辊、输送对辊、粉碎机构和液压传动系统4部分组成,可一次性完成烟秆的拔起、输送、清理及粉碎抛送等作业,并对烟秆拔秆粉碎机关键部件进行了设计。采用掘蔸式拔秆刀辊结构,确定了拔秆刀辊弯刀参数和弯刀的4n±2最优数列双螺旋线排列,减小了工作阻力,提高了拔秆效率;设计了具有不同齿形状和转速的多级输送对辊,实现了烟秆的抓取、清理和稳定输送;采用液压传动系统设计,简化了传动系统的复杂性,实现了各工作机构的无极调速,为得到拔秆粉碎机的最优工作参数组合及功率分配奠定了基础;最后,对拔秆刀辊进行运动仿真及分析,验证了拔秆刀辊参数设计的合理性。该机适应性较好,能减少烟秆综合利用的预处理环节,促进烟秆的高效综合利用。According to agronomic requirements of tobacco stalk recycling,an integrated tobacco stalk pulling and shredding machine was designed,mainly containing four parts: stalk pulling knife roller,conveying roller,shredding mechanism,and hydraulic transmission system.It can complete operations of tobacco stalk pulling,conveying,cleaning,shredding and throwing by one time,and design on critical components of tobacco stalk pulling and shredding machine is conducted.The structure design of the stalk pulling knife roller is adopted,and the parameters of the rotary blade and the 4 n ± 2 optimal sequences double helical line ranking method for rotary blade on the knife rollrer are determined.It reduces working resistance,improves stalk pulling efficiency.The multi-level conveying rollers with different tooth profiles and different speeds were designed,and realized the grasping,cleaning and stable transportation of the tobacco stalk.Application of hydraulic transmission system design simplifies the complexity of transmission system,realizes stepless speed regulation of each working mechanism,and laids foundation for obtaining optimal working parameter combination and power distribution of stalk pulling and shredding machine.At last,motion simulation and analysis on stalk pulling knife roller were conducted with reasonability of the parameters design of stalk pulling knife roller verified.The tobacco stalk pulling and shredding machine has good adaptability,can reduce the pretreatment procedures of comprehensive utilization of tobacco stalk,and promote its efficient comprehensive utilization.
