摘  要:为解决传统玉米钵苗移栽需两人协同作业,一人先破膜、开穴,另一人再放置钵苗,覆土作业中劳动强度大、生产效率低,以及以拖拉机为动力的大型农业机械设备又受限于山地、丘陵地形地貌影响而不宜应用等问题,研制了一种集破膜、开穴、下苗及覆土等工序于一体的小型玉米钵苗移栽器。该移栽器结构简单,操作安全且简单。实地移栽试验表明:一次移栽成功率高达99.5%,且耗时短。该移栽器不仅减轻了山地、丘陵地区玉米钵苗移栽时的劳动强度,而且提高了劳动生产率,同时为同类小型农业机械设备的研制提供了一定的理论参考与技术借鉴。In order to solve the transplant of traditional corn bowl seedlings,the transplant require two people cooperation,one person firstly have broken the membrane,opened the hole.Then the other person have put corn bowl seedlings in the hole and covered soils.There are large labor intensity,low production efficiency.Due to the impact of the terrain of the mountain,hilly,the equipment of large tractor-driven agricultural machinery is limited.In this paper,we have developed a small-scale corn seedling transplanting machine which breaks the membrane,opens hole,puts corn bowl seedlings in the hole and covers soils and so on.Not only the structure of the transplanter is simple,but also the operation is simple and safe.The test of field transplant proved that a success rate of grafting up to 99.5%,and time-consuming.These not only have alleviated the labor intensity of mountain and hilly areas during transplanting,but also have improved the labor productivity,meanwhile for the development of similar small agricultural machinery and equipment provide a certain theoretical reference and technical reference.
