基于振动作用的牧草种子丸化包衣参数的试验研究

摘　　要：为了加快退化草地的植被恢复,提高小粒牧草种子适应草原恶劣环境的能力,利于喷播作业和机械化精密播种,增强牧草种子防病抗虫的能力和发芽出苗的能力,对小粒牧草种子进行丸化包衣是非常必要的。为此,设计了基于振动源的倾角可调牧草种子丸化包衣试验装置。该装置的倾角可调装置能使包衣锅的倾斜角在0°~9 0°之间变化,满足了不同种子对倾斜角的需求,并加入了振动力场,能够增加种子与种子之间的摩擦、碰撞的次数,提高丸化包衣率。结果表明:当锅体的转速为49r/min、倾斜角为50°、振动加速度为11.3mm/s2时,丸化率达到最大值77.5%。in order to adapt to the small grass seed grassland in bad environment,prevent diseases and pests of seed,while enhancing the ability of seed germination and emergence of trace elements and increase the crop,and designs a pill coating machine for small seeds is very necessary.This thesis designs a dip vibration test bench test platform based on adjustable forage seed pelleting coating machine,the machine can adjust the angle between 0-90 degrees,to meet the requirements of different angle of seed,adding vibration position,the number can increase the friction and collision between seeds and seeds,improve the rate of seed pelletization.Through the experiment,to find the optimal parameters of the pelleting agent,when the body of the speed of 49 r/min,the tilt angle is 50 degrees,the vibration acceleration is11.3 mm/s^2,the rate reached a maximum of 77.5% pills.
