摘　　要：韭菜是一种叶菜类蔬菜,在蔬菜种植和供应中占有极其重要的地位,尤其是反季节韭菜,种植面积正在不断增加。我国加入WTO后,韭菜作为一种特色蔬菜,成为我国具有国际竞争力的叶菜类蔬菜之一。随着韭菜种植面积逐年增加,在韭菜的生产和收获上需要更多的人力和时间,极大地增加了韭菜生产的成本,所以实现韭菜生产收割机械化势在必行。目前,国内外市场上已经出现一些韭菜收割机,但收割效果并不理想,在行走、传送及打捆等关键部分仍然存在许多问题。所以,必须深入分析韭菜的种植特点,对国内外的韭菜收获机械进行分析,提出改进意见,设计一款割茬较低又能输送的中小型韭菜收割装置,使之高效、高质量地实现韭菜的拔禾、扶正、切割及输送等功能。Leek is well-known as a leafy vegetable in China,it occupies an extremely important position in the cultivation and supply of vegetables,especially in anti season leek,the planting area is increasing ceaselessly.And after China＇s accession to the WTO,as a kind of special vegetables in leek,leek will become one of the international competitiveness of Chinese leafy vegetables.But with leek planting area increasing year by year,at the same time,more manpower and time are needed for the production and harvest of leeks,greatly increasing the cost of leek production,so the realization of leek production harvesting mechanization imperative,currently on the market there have been some leek harvester,but the harvest is not ideal,Therefore,it is necessary to deeply analyze the planting characteristics of leek and improve the leek harvester at china and abroad,and design a small and medium sized leek harvester for cutting and delivering low stubble,it can realize the reel,leek righting,cutting,transmission and other functions.
