摘 要:燃料电池在长期使用过程中会出现组件退化的现象,严重影响系统的输出性能和安全可靠性,组件退化的产生有着多种深层次的原因。文章提出了一种基于内阻特性的电堆组件退化计算方法,量化计算输出性能的下降程度。首先,在交流阻抗谱小范围频率内进行扫频寻低频转折频率点,快速检测出各段内阻值;其次,提出极化内阻的分离方法;最后,通过曲线相似度函数对退化程度进行量化计算,并通过实验验证方法的有效性。Components degradation occurs after long-term use of fuel cells and has many profound causes which seriously affect the output performance. In this paper, a method to evaluate the output performance based on the internal resistance is proposed, which quantifies the degree of output performance degradation. Firstly, the internal resistance of each periods is quickly detected by sweeping the low-frequency transition frequency within a small range of the AC impedance spectrum. Secondly, the separation method of the polarization resistance is proposed. Finally, the degree of degradation is quantified by the curve similarity function and verified the effectiveness of the method through experiments.
