摘 要:风电机组传动链工况模拟技术是地面试验技术中的关键环节。然而,由于地面试验平台与机组的物理结构差异以及传动链运行工况的复杂性所致,工况模拟技术一直是地面试验技术中的难点。文章通过对国内外近年来在传动链工况模拟技术研究进展的调研发现,尽管目前传动链地面试验平台已具备全工况模拟功能,但为确保工况模拟的准确性和稳定性,还须要重点针对叶轮转矩模拟和五自由度非扭矩载荷模拟等工况模拟技术进行优化完善,并加快对关键模拟装置进行国产化的进程。The drive-train operating condition simulation technique is crucial to the ground test of wind turbine drive-train. However, it has always been a technical difficulty due to the differences between the test bench and the real wind turbine as well as the complexity of operation in reality.The paper conducts a research on the operating condition simulation technology in recent years. It finds that the full operating condition simulation function has been realized on the ground test bench. But it still needs to optimize the rotor torque simulation technique and 5 DOF non-torque loads simulation technique to ensure the accuracy and stability of operating condition simulation,and to speed up the localization of key simulation devices.
