摘 要:随着化石燃料大量消耗,环境污染严重。虽然清洁可再生能源发电比例持续提升,但出现了严重的弃风、弃光现象。文章通过分析风、光、火打捆发电系统,引入弃风、弃光分段惩罚因子,在不影响电网稳定的情况下,尽可能多地消纳新能源。文章提出了以发电成本作为目标函数,分析新能源弃电量、火电机组的燃烧成本与启停费用,研究新能源日时序发电量,稳定充裕完成供电,使其经济最大化。文章采用SA-ABC算法对风、光、火打捆系统的经济调度优化做出深层研究,研究结果表明,多电源系统的动态经济调度对新能源的消纳有促进作用,有效提高了新能源利用率并降低了风、光、火打捆发电的总成本。With the large consumption of fossil fuels, environmental is seriously polluted, the clean renewable energy power generation continues to improve, but there has been a serious phenomenon of abandoning wind and abandoning light. By analyzing the system of wind-PV-thermal-bundled, the paper introduces the penalty factor of discarding wind and discarding light, and it can absorb as much energy as possible without affecting the stability of power grid. This paper proposes the cost of power generation as the objective function, the analysis of new energy waste, the cost of combustion and start-up costs of thermal power units, the new energy generation, the stability of the power supply, this paper uses SA-ABC algorithm to make a deep research on the economic scheduling optimization of wind-PV--thermal-bundled system. The research shows that the dynamic economic dispatching of the multi-power hybrid system can promote the consumption of new energy. Effectively improve the utilization of new energy sources and reduce the total cost of wind and fire bundled power generation.
