摘  要:对4 lz-3.5水稻联合收获机切割传动系统及割台进行改进,用于油菜收获。为减小油菜收获工作过程中割台振动引起的收获损失,对其切割传动系统进行了运动与动力分析,建立了系统水平振动的微分方程,并对运动微分方程进行了求解。同时,分析了机构运动时飞轮及割刀上惯性力产生的原因和割刀惯性力及切割冲击力激励对割台振幅、速度、加速度的影响。通过在飞轮上配重和改进设计,使连杆质心向飞轮曲柄销移动,可以减小惯性力。试验表明:改进后的设计可以使振动速度、加速度减小,振幅减小11%左右,大大改善了收获机的工作性能,减小了收获损失。To be improved by the cutting transmission system,lz-3. 5 rice combine is used for rape harvest. The movement and the dynamic characters of rape combine cutting transmission system are analyzed and the rape harvester cutting system differential equations of horizontal vibration are established and solved. The reasons of the inertia force caused by mechanism motion on the flywheel,cutter are studied and so did with the influence of cutting force motivation the amplitude,velocity and acceleration. Through weighting the flywheel and improving the design,making the connecting rod center of mass to the flywheel crank pin to move,of which can reduce the inertia force. Tests show that the improved design can reduce vibration velocity,acceleration,amplitude about 11 %,greatly improve the performance of harvesting machine,reduce the loss of the harvest.
